How do I place my order?

First start by filling out this google form. Available here. This allows me to size your nails for each shape/length. If you are ordering a customizable set, put info you would like me to know in the textbox of each set. Select length, shape, extras, and checkout. Then message me on email or Instagram to send me any photos or additional information for your 100% handmade order.

Can I get any design I want?

Yes, I will do my best to recreate a set or design one off your description! I can recreate a set from photo or make a new one!

What makes the nails luxery?

They are 100% customizable. Fit custom to your nails. Made with high quality Après tips. Reusable. Handmade and delivered in cute packaging! These nails are made to last! Wear them up to 14+ days with proper prep and glue!

What comes in my order?

Each set comes with 10 nails custom fit to you and an application kit.

  • 1 Sheet Of Temporary Glue Tabs
  • Nail Buffer
  • Nail File
  • 1 Wood Cuticle Pusher
  • 2 Alcohol Prep Wipes

How do I remove my nails?

There's a two ways to remove your nails:

  • Apply nail glue remover
  • Soak in warm soapy water with oil

When removing, you can use the cuticle pusher to lift the nail. If there is ever any pressure, DO NOT keep lifting the nail! Your nail will peel or break, causing bleeding! Simply add more remover or soak for longer!

If you applied glue, you may have to wait a few days to remove them.

How do I reuse my nails?

If you applied with glue, you will have to file off the nail glue with a nail drill. (A portable nail drill is less expensive and recommended) Then you can wash and dry off the nail!

If you used glue tabs, all you have to do is peel the tab off the nails and clean them. Then they're good to go!

How do I make sure my order comes on time?

My process time is 1-2 weeks. I will reach out if your order will take longer. (Most likely waiting on supplies for your custom set or increased orders) However, if you need it by a specific time, let me know and I will do my best to get it to you on time!

Certain sets may only take up to 3 days to make if design is simple.

However, for best results, order a few weeks in advance of date needed and let me know!

My order came damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Include pictures of damaged product and your order ID.

I will fix mistakes as quickly as possible! Sorry for the inconvenience!

Refund Policy
